Inspired by the songs “Araw-Gabi” and “Ang Huling El Bimbo." This painting describes the overwhelming feeling of being in love, where you feel you are each other’s world. Time is slow and fast simultaneously, songs become more meaningful, colors seem brighter than before, and that the sun, moon, and stars were created for both of you.

Jason Ray is a freelance graphic artist and painter. He has graduated with an advertising degree but making paintings, drawings, and sculptures is more of his passion. He also took a master's degree in fine arts that focuses on painting and sculpture. More into stylized and abstract art, his works are inspired by his childhood experiences in the province and his favorite songs, stories, movies, or series. He mainly uses acrylics for painting, which he finds very flexible, durable, and comfortable to use since it has a faster drying time and uses less mineral spirits than oil. Before he starts painting, he does around five studies, and then he combines the best elements. He does multiple layers to ensure solid colors; he is meticulous when making lines.
