About the Artwork
The reference photo was a blur taken from a fast-moving vehicle traversing South Luzon Expressway. This inspired the artist to immortalize that moment along with a poem:
"Hopefully, someday, our prayers will be heard,
Sometimes a clear answer but mostly it’s blurred,
Whether today or tomorrow, a yes, no, or wait,
Trust in His perfect timing which is never too late."
Soft, blended brushes and muted colors convey a gentle stillness. The gradient of blue skies, scattered birds, and a solitary tree impart tranquility, evoking a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

Bianca is an aspiring watercolor artist from Sto. Tomas, Batangas. She started painting with watercolor in 2018 and committed to painting every day to see if she would improve. Since then, she has developed the habit of painting daily and has been sharing what she learned with fellow watercolor lovers.
She has been an active member of the Philippine Guild of Watercolorists (PGW) since 2019 and joined its group exhibits, such as "Blooms" (2019), "Chasing the Light" (2020), and "Kwento at Kulay" (2021). She has also participated in local and international in-person and online exhibits, such as "Kulay sa Tubig 2020" (KST), "JIWI Autumn Internet Exhibition" (2020), "IWS Tirana" (2021), and "SAIP France" (2021).
When asked about her creative process, she said, "I need to feel a connection first before working on my studies. Once an emotional connection is established, I create value and color studies and proceed with painting. I consider myself a forever learner, and I am studying the medium with the intent to teach others."
