About the Artwork

The La Carlota train in the 1900s was used to transport sugarcane.

Soft earthy tones and warm yellows alongside subtle greens and contrasting dark shades evoke a historical and calm feeling. The depiction of a steam train in a rural setting invokes a sense of nostalgia and connection to the past.
