About the Artwork
Whenever I look back on my childhood, I see many images, people, and places I went to. I feel nostalgic. I'm sad I can't go back to the past, but I'm happy to have those memories, which I never want to forget. I want to have something to look at in the future. That's why I create these kinds of paintings.
"Nipa Hut 1" is the first in a series.
By utilizing warm earthy tones, bright yellows, and lush greens, this painting evokes a gentle harmony between a rustic home and nature. The detailed, simplistic rendering of the cabin, trees, and flowers creates a tranquil and inviting atmosphere.

When she was in a university, she used to visit a local mall to watch a talented artist painting for hours. Sometimes, that artist would teach her some basic concepts in painting.
