About the Artwork
The persona and the person: most people today, especially women, are living unfulfilled lives. If this continues, it could result in ruin.
Skilled use of contrasting light and dark tones emphasizes the emotional dichotomy conveyed through a crying woman holding a laughing mask. The image captures an intense moment of vulnerability and deception, evoking a deep introspection.
