Manila, Philippines–Art in Need, a young movement that aims to merge art and digital technology, will run a multimedia art competition that encourages the new generation of Filipino artists to create and pursue their vision of our creative industries–in the not-so-distant future. Aptly called “Philippines Creative Nation,” the competition runs from November 28-December 11, 2021.
Any interested participant (at least 18 years old and a resident of the Philippines) should create an original digital art piece that visualizes the theme (hint: vision) using any digital art platform. If you’re up to the challenge, register now until November 25 at https://tally.so/r/nPBYb3.
The top 3 winners will receive P35K-worth of prizes each (a developed website portfolio with a domain paid for two years, equipped with digital media services) from Likmuan Tech. The winners will be officially announced on December 11.
The announcement of the winners’ event will also coincide with a virtual networking session for all the participants.
