FilipinoArtPH and the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) present “May Fur-Ever!,” a virtual art exhibit and auction showcasing original portraits featuring canines and felines from PAWS until March 24, 2024.
Discover the beauty of art beyond aesthetics as this exhibit and auction feature specially curated pieces exclusively painted for a good cause. Proceeds will go to PAWS to fund its various programs, prioritizing pet adoption and animal welfare.
Heath, one of the featured pet models showcased in the exhibit, was rescued from a construction site in 2016. He was the sole survivor among his siblings, who were gone due to heatstroke.
With the help of PAWS, Heath, now a fully-grown feline, is ready for his forever home. He prefers the indoors, embodying a relaxed manner that allows him to be perfectly content in his cat bed. He yearns for a loving family to nurture and cherish him.
Ren Dytuco, one of the artists in the art exhibit, shares, “I hope someday there will be no stray dogs and cats because they’re all taken care of.”
Ren is proud to support independent rescuers caring for homeless animals. She painted “Pumi,” hoping that Pumi may enjoy the love and freedom any dog deserves.
